# Purchasing Engineer(Antalya Alkollü İçecek)

We’re looking for a Purchasing Engineer based in Antalya to join Antalya Alkollü İçecek A.Ş., a subsidiary of Türk Tuborg! Founded in 2005 and located in the Antalya Organized Industrial Zone, Antalya Alkollü İçecek is one of Türkiye’s largest integrated alcohol production facilities. Production, maturation and bottling all take place at the same site, allowing us to manage the entire process from agricultural raw materials through to the finished product. Our facility produces agricultural-origin ethyl alcohol (ENA) and grape-based suma, as well as raki, gin, vodka and liqueurs. With an integrated production model, strong technical capabilities and a clear focus on quality, we manage key production processes in-house and maintain consistency across our operations. We’re now looking for a Purchasing Engineer who will work closely with our teams and suppliers, support day-to-day purchasing activities and help ensure that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering field Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement or a similar role Good command of written and spoken English Excellent command of MS Office applications Strong teamwork, analytical thinking and communication skills Quality-oriented, responsible and attentive to detail Result-oriented with a solution-focused mindset Strong planning and organizational skills Open to change, learning and continuous development Strong negotiation and persuasion skills Customer-oriented, with the ability to understand and analyze the needs of internal and external stakeholders Residency in Antalya Job Description Evaluating supplier performance and ensuring high standards of delivery, quality and service in line with company procedures Monitoring the purchasing budget and actual spending, analyzing variances and preparing regular purchasing performance reports Maintaining continuous coordination and communication with internal customers and relevant departments Reviewing, validating and approving supplier invoices Managing new supplier registration and ensuring the required documentation is completed Managing material purchasing processes from purchase request through to delivery Reviewing purchase requests in terms of budget, price, lead time and technical requirements Creating purchase orders, following up on orders and deliveries, and ensuring timely delivery of materials Supporting raw material import processes and coordinating related activities when required
