What is the job waiting for you? Lead local and global supplier development activities to improve supplier performance, quality, and operational excellence. Support supplier sourcing and selection processes, including supplier assessments and evaluations. Monitor supplier quality, delivery, and performance throughout serial production and new project launches. Identify improvement opportunities and drive action plans to enhance supplier capabilities. Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and problem-solving methodologies. Apply tools such as Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Kaizen, and Root Cause Analysis to improve efficiency and eliminate waste. Coach and support supplier teams in developing a continuous improvement mindset and culture. Design and deliver training programs on operational excellence and continuous improvement practices. Work closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen supplier performance and support business objectives. Experience in AI-driven digitalization, data analytics, and process improvement applications within supplier development processes What we a re looking for? Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably Industrial, Mechanical, Automotive, or Materials & Metallurgical Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry. Proven experience in supplier development, supplier quality, or supplier performance management. Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, and structured problem-solving methodologies. Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement tools. Hands-on experience in supplier audits, performance monitoring, and improvement projects. Interest in or experience with digital transformation, data analytics, and AI-driven process improvement. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a cross-functional environment. Excellent command of English; additional language skills are a plus. Certification or training in Lean, Six Sigma, Project Management, or related disciplines is an advantage. Lead Auditor qualification for IATF 16949, ISO 9001, or similar quality management systems is a plus. Based in Adana or willing to relocate.
